Terms of Service

Welcome to Flowgoods. These terms are a contract between you and Flowgoods ("we", "us"), a software service operated by its founder as a sole proprietor based in Indonesia. By creating an account you agree to them. We have tried to keep them short and readable.

1. What Flowgoods is

Flowgoods is a workspace for wholesale and export businesses: product sheets, price lists, quotes, and share links for buyers. It is built for business use, not personal or consumer use.

2. Your account

You need an account with a valid email address. Keep your password safe; actions taken through your account are your responsibility. You must be legally able to enter contracts on behalf of yourself or the business you represent.

3. Subscription and billing

Flowgoods is a paid subscription: USD 49 per month or USD 490 per year, charged through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from Settings, Billing; cancelling stops future charges and keeps your access until the end of the period you already paid for. Prices may change; if they do, existing subscribers get notice before their next renewal. Refunds are covered by our refund policy (14-day money-back on your first payment).

4. Your data is yours

Everything you put into Flowgoods (products, prices, sheets, quotes, buyer details) belongs to you. We claim no ownership of it. You can export your data at any time (CSV and Excel export are built in). We use your data only to run the service for you, as described in the privacy policy. We never sell it.

5. Share links

When you share a sheet or quote, anyone with that link (and its password, if you set one) can view the shared content without an account. You control your links and can revoke them; you are responsible for what you choose to share and with whom.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use Flowgoods to break the law, infringe others' rights, distribute malware, spam, or attempt to breach or overload the service (including abusive use of the API). We may suspend or terminate accounts that do. Fair-use limits may apply to very heavy API or storage usage; we will contact you before acting on those in normal cases.

7. Availability and changes

We work hard to keep Flowgoods fast and available but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may be added, changed or removed as the product evolves. If we ever discontinue the service, we will give you at least 30 days notice and a way to export your data.

8. Liability

Flowgoods is provided "as is". To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages (lost profits, lost business, lost data beyond our backups) arising from your use of the service, and our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, or affects mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time by emailing us. We can terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination your data is deleted following the retention rules in the privacy policy.

10. Changes to these terms

If we make material changes we will email the address on your account before they take effect. Continuing to use Flowgoods after that means you accept the new terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, and disputes will be resolved in Indonesian courts, except where mandatory law in your country of residence gives you rights or a venue that cannot be waived.
