Refund Policy
Effective 3 July 2026
Try Flowgoods properly. If it is not for you, tell us within two weeks and you get your money back. The details:
14-day money-back guarantee
If you request it within 14 days of your first payment (monthly or yearly), we refund that payment in full. No forms, no exit interview; an email saying "refund please" is enough, though we always appreciate hearing what did not work. The guarantee applies once per customer.
Renewals
Renewal payments are not refundable, but you can cancel at any time from Settings, Billing. Cancelling stops all future charges and your access continues to the end of the period you already paid for. If a renewal charged you by surprise and you contact us within a few days of it, we will look at it case by case; we would rather be fair than technical.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
Statutory rights
If the law in your country of residence gives you stronger refund or cancellation rights than this policy (for example UK or EU consumer law), those rights apply and nothing here reduces them.
How to request
Email hello@flowgoods.app from your account email with the word "refund" anywhere in it. A human handles it, normally within one business day.
